The two-way pallet shuttle is an automated handling equipment designed for high-density pallet storage. It can travel forward and backward within a single rack lane for pallet storage and retrieval.
The shuttle supports FIFO and LIFO storage modes and is suitable for food, cold-chain, manufacturing, raw material, and other warehouse applications where storage density and pallet handling efficiency are important.
The system supports rated loads of 1200 / 1500 kg, unloaded travel speed of 60–72 m/min, and loaded travel speed of 36–54 m/min. It uses a DC servo motor, mechanical screw lifting system, and LiFePO4 battery.

The two-way pallet shuttle operates inside the rack lane and can complete pallet storage, retrieval, lifting, and placement according to the assigned operation.
The shuttle travels along dedicated rack rails and automatically positions itself at the target pallet location. It supports automatic storage and retrieval, specified quantity storage and retrieval, pallet arrangement, inventory counting, and manual forward/reverse operation.
The vehicle uses a DC servo motor and mechanical screw lifting structure, with a maximum lifting height of 50 mm.
Communication options include a 433 MHz RF remote controller and wireless network communication. When battery power is insufficient, the shuttle automatically returns to its initial position and activates an alarm.
